Shipping Delivery Time

We value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. All products are processed within 2-4 business days of purchase and sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Orders usually takes within 7-15 business days for US customers while for others countries it takes  14-28 business days after your order has been processed from the date that it is placed to deliver, depending on the weather conditions or your location.

When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Delays

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to; invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive. For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after order has been processed.
